We’ll confirm your order via email and send out your SIM. You should receive it in 3-5 business days.

Things you need to know about our mobile plans

Yes, as long as your phone is unlocked and supports 4G or 5G. Australia’s 3G networks have shut down, so older 3G-only phones will no longer work. 

How to check:
You can text “3” to 3498 to receive an instant SMS confirming if your phone is compatible.

Our plans offer VoLTE and WiFi calling and are powered by the Optus network, so you’ll get the same great coverage & service. See the full coverage map here.

Yes, transferring your number to iPrimus is quick and easy. Simply follow the instructions on your SIM pack when activating.

*Transfers are usually completed within 4 hours but can take up to 2 business days from some networks.*

No, once you use your data allowance plus eligible banked data, your speed will slow to 256Kbps. Eligible plans can purchase add-on packs through Account.iPrimus.

International call credits to selected countries are included in your plan. Refer to Critical Information Summary for included countries and the International Call Rate Page for rates to other locations.

You can stay connected in over 100 international destinations without the hassle of getting a new SIM card or phone number with our $5/5GB Daily Roaming Pack.
