SERVICE DESCRIPTION
This is a Post-Paid mobile phone service. Our plans are powered by the Optus 4G Plus and 5G Network, so you’ll get the same great coverage and service. Check out the full coverage map here. All plans come with unlimited national calls to landlines, mobiles, special numbers like 13/1300/1800, voicemail and national & international text. International roaming is not included as part of your plan price. All plan inclusions are for use within Australia only and expire after each billing period.
You must comply with iPrimus’s Acceptable Use Policy and not use your service in a way that is unacceptable, unreasonable or fraudulent manner, or in a way that detrimentally interferes with the integrity of, or causes significant congestion to, the network. We may take action if you breach the Acceptable Use Policy, including suspending or cancelling your service.
This service is not compatible with e-SIM or any devices (like watches) that use e-SIM to connect to the mobile network.
iPrimus acts as a reseller of Optus services. iPrimus is responsible in supplying these services to our customers and we have no other affiliation or relationship with our wholesalers outside of our wholesale agreements.

Bundling Requirements
This Service does not require you to bundle any other iPrimus services.
Equipment Required
All iPrimus mobile plans are BYO mobile phone. You will need a SIM and a 4G/5G compatible mobile handset which is able to make Triple Zero (000) calls. You can check if your mobile handset is compatible by:
- Checking with the manufacturer of your mobile handset.
- Validate your device(s) compatibility by entering your 15-digit IMEI here.
Note: 3G mobile handsets, and some 4G/5G mobile handsets, which are not able to make Triple Zero (000) calls will not be able to access this service.
iPrimus do not supply mobile handsets. Postage of the SIM is free.

How to pay for your service
You can pay for your service by direct debit or by Visa or Mastercard. Please note that we do not accept payment by American Express or Diners Club. Monthly fees are paid on the day of your monthly billing renewal.
A $10 late payment fee may apply if your bill becomes more than 3 days overdue. If you require additional time to pay, you can set up a payment extension or payment plan anytime online at account.iprimus.com.au.
Receiving Statements
Your monthly invoice is available to view and download in your iPrimus account.

Changes to your plan
We may from time to time make changes to your plan, including its pricing and inclusions, by providing you with written notice. Where any changes have a non-material detrimental impact to you, we can make those changes upon providing you with Reasonable Notice of the changes. If the change is materially detrimental to you, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice.
Using your service overseas: Activate your $5/5GB Daily Roaming Pack
Enable international roaming on your iPrimus account here, before flying out to an eligible country. Once you arrive at your destination you will be charged $5 when we detect usage (use outbound calls, SMS (or MMS) or mobile data) from your phone in an eligible country. Receiving SMS is free of charge.
Each $5 Daily Roaming Pack includes:
- 5GB of data
- Unlimited Calls
- Unlimited SMS
These inclusions last until midnight of the calendar date of activation or until you reach 5GB, whichever comes first. Should you use up your 5GB before midnight in your current time zone, you will be charged an additional $5.
Usage notifications
- We will notify you of usage when: your pack is first activated, at 50%, 85% and 100% of your included data.
- Usage resets daily, expiring at midnight at the location where usage is detected.
- If you reach 100% of the data in your day pack it will automatically renew.
- Charges may be delayed due to international carrier processing times*. These charges will be included in your next invoice. *(Typically Up to 48 hours).
- A maximum of 10 Packs is available per day.
- International Roaming will be automatically disabled if you travel outside of an eligible destination or if you use 10 Packs within a day.
- You can enable International Roaming by logging into your account when you re-enter an eligible country.

Information and pricing is correct at time of creation. All pricing for your Service is inclusive of GST. This information is a summary only. Vist Standard Form of Agreement sets out the terms and conditions on which we provide our Equipment & Services.
Monitoring your usage
View up to date information about your data usage by logging in your iPrimus account. Excess data, premium calls and texts are not included in your plan and are subject to additional charges, you can find the applicable fees for such charges here. Additionally, SMS alerts will also be sent to you once you have reached 50%, 85% and 100% of your data usage value. More details on usage alerts can be found here.

If you are still not satisfied with the steps taken by iPrimus to resolve your issue, you can seek assistance from the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO).
The TIO will only investigate complaints if you have already attempted to resolve your issue with iPrimus and is an option of last resort.
