All plans come with unlimited national calls to landlines, mobiles, special numbers like 13/1300/1800, voicemail and national & international text. All call and data inclusions are for use within Australia only and expire after each billing period. Excess data will be automatically charged at $5 per additional GB.
iPrimus Acceptable Use Policy applies to all inclusions. iPrimus acts as a reseller of Optus services. iPrimus is responsible in supplying these services to our customers and we have no other affiliation or relationship with our wholesalers outside of our wholesale agreements.

From April 2023, all iPrimus mobile plans will support VoLTE and VoWi-Fi. There are no additional costs from iPrimus for these features.
All iPrimus Mobile plans are BYO mobile phone. You will need a 4G Compatible Mobile Handset and SIM for this service. iPrimus does not supply mobile handsets.
Accounts must be paid by Direct Debit from a Bank Account or Debit/Credit Card nominated by you. If iPrimus allows you to pay by another method, a $2.95 non-direct debit fee applies. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds or credit limit available in your account to allow a debit payment to be made in accordance with a Direct Debit request. If there are insufficient clear funds in your account to meet debit payment fees may apply.
Your monthly bills will be sent to your nominated e-mail address. You can also view and download your bill in your iPrimus Account Toolbox.
This service does not require you to bundle any other iPrimus services.

Monitoring your usage
View up to date information about your data usage by logging in iPrimus Account toolbox. Excess data, premium calls and texts are not included in your plan. You can find the fees here. Additionally, SMS alerts will also be sent once 50%, 85% and 100% of the included value has been reached. More details on usage alerts can be found here.
