Fetch is available where iPrimus can provide a nbn™, Opticomm or RedTrain broadband service. Fetch service must be bundled with an iPrimus broadband service. Fetch requires a compatible television with a HDMI port. A free-to-air connection or TV antenna is required to access free-to-air television. 4K content requires a 4K capable TV and 15Mbps+ broadband connection.

All Fetch plans include Fetch Movie Box (30 free pre-selected movies at any time), access to Fetch Mobi App, Fetch TV & movie stores, access to steaming applications and third-party content. Additional subscriptions are required for streaming applications.
A Fetch set top box (STB) is required to access Fetch. A Fetch Mini STB is included in the Fetch activation fee. You may opt to purchase a Fetch Mighty PVR instead for a once off fee. Fetch Multiroom allows you to connect up to 3 Fetch boxes to a single household and share purchased content (such as movies, TV shows, channels and application subscriptions etc.) between the boxes. Maximum 1 Fetch Mighty PVR per household.
Accounts must be paid by Direct Debit from a Bank Account or Debit/Credit Card nominated by you. If iPrimus accepts payment by another method, a $2.95 non-direct debit fee applies. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds or credit limit available in your account to allow a payment to be made in accordance with a Direct Debit request. If there are insufficient clear funds in your account to meet payment fees may apply. To cancel or modify a Direct Debit arrangement, please call 13 17 89.
iPrimus will send your invoices to your nominated email address each month. To request paper invoice please contact us on 13 17 89. A $2.50 fee applies per paper bill.

Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO)
If you are still not satisfied with the steps taken by iPrimus to resolve your issue, you can seek assistance from the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO). The TIO will only investigate complaints if you have already attempted to resolve your issue with iPrimus & is an option of last resort.
