Things you should know about this offer:

  1. Speeds vary and may be affected by your location and equipment, the source of your download and the level of internet traffic.
  2. Not available in all areas or to all customers. iPrimus Speedster is available only to eligible iPrimus residential, credit approved customers. Coverage is only available to areas located within Optus 3G/HSDPA coverage areas. For network coverage details please contact us.
  3. Excess data fees apply. If the monthly data allowance is exceeded, an excess data fee of 3 cents per MB applies to a maximum of 2000MB excess data usage, capped at $60.00 (GST inclusive) per month (in addition to your Speedster monthly access fee). After this, your connection speed will be reduced to 128kbps for the remainder of that billing month.
  4. Monthly data allowance includes uploads and downloads.
  5. Unless otherwise specified a $14.95 delivery fee is charged for mobile Broadband modem.
  6. You must pay your accounts by direct debit. If Primus allows you to pay by another method, a $2.95 fee applies.
  7. Internet customers paying by direct debit will receive bills online through their iPrimus Account Toolbox. Internet customers paying by direct debit who request a paper bill to be sent via mail will be charged $2.50 per bill.
  8. As part of your plan you can obtain up to 5 iPrimus email addresses. Each mailbox is 10MB in size and you can send individual emails of up to 2MB per email.
  9. Text messages on this service are charged at 25¢ inclusive of GST.
  10. The SIM card provided with the Speedster service is only for use with the mobile Broadband modem supplied by iPrimus.

  13. Minimum total cost is calculated as: contract term × Speedster monthly access fee. Modem + $14.95 modem delivery fee, calls and text messages extra.
  14. Should you terminate your contract before the agreed minimum term ends, an early termination fee of $255.00 (for 24 month contract) or $215.00 (for 12 month contract) pro rated over the remaining months of your contract will apply.
