Things you should know...

iPrimus Value

  1. Accounts must be paid by Direct Debit. If iPrimus allows you to pay by another method, a $2.50 per bill administration fee applies.
  2. A Line Rental fee of $29.95/month applies.
  3. All Local Calls are charged at 17.5c/call. Excludes calls to 13/1300 numbers, premium numbers and other special services which are charged at the applicable rate. Calls to 13/1300 numbers are 30c/call.
  4. All National and Long Distance Calls to fixed lines within Australia, other than Local Calls, calls to 13/1300 numbers, premium numbers and other special services, are charged at 20c/minute plus 45c flagfall capped at $2 for up to 3 hours. After 3 hours, 20c/minute(charged in 60 second increments)
  5. Calls to Australian Mobiles are 33c/minute (charged in 60 second increments) plus 45c flagfall. Calls to Australian Mobiles which start and finish between 7pm and midnight, 7 days, are 33c/minute plus 45c flagfall capped at $2.00 for the first 20 minutes. After 20 minutes: 33c/minute (charged in 60 second increments).
  6. For International Calls iPrimus Value and iPrimus Family customers may select Name-a-Nation or Desti-Nation.

    Name-a-Nation: You can nominate the country to which you make most of your international calls and receive a special low rate to that country. If at any time you would like to change your Name-a-Nation country you can, simply by calling iPrimus Customer Service.

    Desti-Nation: With Desti-Nation, instead of choosing just one country, you are able to nominate one of four set packages and receive our fantastic Name-a-Nation international call rates to every country in that package.

    • Desti-Nation 1: UK 17.6c/min, USA 17.6c/min, Canada 17.6c/min, NZ 17.6c/min, Greece 42.9c/min and Italy 30.8c/min.
    • Desti-Nation 2: UK 17.6c/min, USA 17.6c/min, China 53.9c/min, Hong Kong 28.6c/min, Malaysia 46.2c/min and Singapore 39.6c/min.

  10. Where an existing service is being transferred to Primus, you confirm you are authorised to transfer the service and port the number to Primus. You authorise Primus to transfer your service, and now or in the future, to port your number to Primus from your existing supplier and to complete a transfer or port authority on your behalf. Some features may not transfer. We will notify you of the transfer within 10 business days.

iPrimus Family

  3. All Local Calls are charged at 15c/call. Excludes calls to 13/1300 numbers, premium numbers and other special services which are charged at the applicable rate. Calls to 13/1300 numbers are 30c/call.
  4. All National and Long Distance Calls to fixed lines within Australia, other than Local Calls, calls to 13/1300 numbers, premium numbers and other special services, are charged at 20c/minute plus 45c flagfall capped at $1.
  5. Calls to iPrimus Australian Mobiles are 50c for the first 20 minutes. Calls to Australian Mobiles are charged at 33c/minute plus 45c flagfall capped at $1 for the first 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, 33c/minute (charged in 60 second increments).
  6. For International Calls iPrimus Value and iPrimus Family customers may select Name-a-Nation or Desti-Nation.

Platinum

  1. Not available in all areas or to all customers. iPrimus Platinum Telephony may be used only for normal personal domestic use and not for any business or other non domestic purpose. Limit of one iPrimus Platinum Telephony service for each customer and for each customer premises.
  2. Calls for normal personal domestic use only and subject to our right to prevent excessive use (iPrimus Business Rules). Excessive use is defined as more than 350 local calls or 150 national calls in a billing month (or alternatively if usage is such as to affect the iPrimus network or other users). If excessive use is established iPrimus may regard the usage as being other than for normal personal domestic use and we may on notice suspend the service.
  3. Accounts must be paid by Direct Debit. If iPrimus allows you to pay by another method, a $2.50 per bill administration fee applies.
  4. Includes Local Calls to fixed lines, national/long distance calls within Australia (subject to our right to prevent excessive use (iPrimus Business Rules)) and monthly Line Rental. It also includes 200 minutes per month of calls to iPrimus Mobile services within Australia. Excludes calls to 13/1300 numbers, premium numbers and other special services which are charged at the applicable rate. Any included call value expires at the end of each month and is not refundable or transferable.

  13. Should you cancel before the agreed minimum term ends, an early termination fee of $120.00 pro rated over the remaining months of your contract will apply.

Home Choice

  1. Accounts must be paid by Direct Debit. If iPrimus allows you to pay by another method, a $2.50 per bill administration fee applies.
  2. Plan Included Call Value: On the Home Choice 49 your monthly spend on included calls is capped at $49 for up to $49.00 value. On the Home Choice 74 your monthly spend on included calls is capped at $74 for up to $120.00 value. On the Home Choice 104 your monthly spend on included calls is capped at $104 for up to $250.00 value.
  3. Includes Local Calls, National Calls and International Calls to fixed lines, calls to Australian Mobiles and monthly Line Rental. Excludes calls to 13/1300 numbers, premium numbers and other special services which are charged at the applicable rate. Any included call value expires at the end of each month and is not refundable or transferable.
  4. All Local calls are charged 18c/call. Excludes calls to 13/1300 numbers, premium numbers and other special services which are charged at the applicable rate. Calls to 13/1300 numbers are 30 c/call.
  5. All National and Long Distance Calls to fixed lines within Australia, other than Local Calls, calls to 13/1300 numbers, premium numbers and other special services, are charged at 17c/minute plus 39c flagfall, capped at $1.50 for up to 20 minutes. After 20 minutes: 17c/minute.
