Fibre to the Home (FTTH) is the new broadband service being installed in selected towns and estates across Australia. Fibre to the Home uses fibre optical cables to deliver ultra-fast broadband and telephone services with interface speeds of up to 100Mbps*.

These services are available as part of the National Broadband Network's Tasmanian phased release, and to selected new housing estates.

Fibre to the Home is the next generation of Broadband services and is not affected by the distance from your telephone exchange, aiming to provide high-speed Internet access across Australia.
