The iPrimus Platinum plan includes local calls1, line rental and a huge 21GB5 broadband allowance each month with no excess data usage fees. iPrimus Platinum also offers great rates on national calls and calls to Australian mobiles!

Minimum Total Cost: 24 months x $89.95 = $2,158.80. Calls outside the included value, modem + P&H (if required) extra.
Note: Peak period is noon to midnight and off peak period is midnight to noon.
- Calls for normal personal domestic use only and subject to our right to prevent excessive use. Excessive use is defined as more than 350 local calls in a billing month (or alternatively if usage is such as to affect the iPrimus network or other users). If excessive use is established iPrimus may regard the usage as being other than for normal personal domestic use and we may on notice suspend the service. Excessive use for customers who signed up before 15/10/09 is the greater of 3 times the iPrimus customer average or the number of calls defined above.
- iPrimus Platinum may be used only for normal personal domestic use and not for any business or other non domestic purpose. It is available to eligible iPrimus residential customers under a 24 month contract for bundled home phone and broadband services.
- Not available in all areas nor to all customers. Customers will receive iPrimus ADSL2+ if it is available at their location, otherwise the fastest available iPrimus ADSL. ADSL2+ is available only to eligible bundled iPrimus Platinum residential customers who are located in the area of an iPrimus ADSL2+ enabled exchange and are directly connected to the iPrimus network. iPrimus cannot at present provide this service on a Fast Transfer or to customers transferring from networks other than Telstra.Actual speeds vary and may be affected by your location and equipment, the source of your download and the level of internet traffic.
- Available only to customers who have an existing telephone service.
- 21GB broadband data allowance which includes uploads and downloads. 7GB is available during peak period (noon-midnight) and 14GB off peak (midnight to noon). No excess data charge - speed will be limited to dialup speed for the balance of a billing cycle in which either the peak or off peak data allowance is reached. Customers should monitor data usage through their iPrimus Account Toolbox.

- You need an iPrimus approved ADSL2+/ADSL (as applicable) approved modem. A $9.95 modem delivery fee applies if you order a modem from us.
- Any included call value expires at the end of each month and is not refundable or transferable. Call types not listed above are charged at quoted rates.
- National Calls are calls to fixed lines within Australia, other than Local Calls, Calls to 13/1300 number, premium numbers and other special services.
- Accounts must be paid by Direct Debit. If iPrimus allows you to pay by another method, a $2.50/bill administration fee applies.
- Customers paying by direct debit will receive bills online through their iPrimus Account Toolbox. Customers who request a paper bill by mail will be charged $2.50 per bill.
- As part of your plan you can obtain up to 5 iPrimus email addresses. Each mailbox is 10MB in size and you can send individual emails of up to 2MB per email.
- It is your responsibility to check the terms of any existing contract you may have with another supplier. If you are transferring a service to iPrimus, there may be consequences under an existing contract.
- Limit of one iPrimus Platinum service for each customer and for each customer premises.
- If you cancel or transfer either the telephone or internet component, iPrimus may suspend or terminate both services and you may be liable for early termination fees and need to re contract for a standalone service.
- iPrimus Standard Form of Agreement applies (see http://www.iprimus.com.au/PrimusWeb/StandardFormsofAgreement/).

Note:
Transfer is available to customers who currently have an active phone line connected to the Telstra Wholesale Network. Fast Transfer/Churn and New Connections to Platinum ADSL2+ are not available at the present time.
For Platinum ADSL 1500kbps: Fast Transfer is available to customers who are currently connected to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) using the Telstra Wholesale Broadband network and that participates in the Fast Transfer program.
