iPrimus provides Broadband Internet services nationally across Australia.
Information on fibre optic locations is also available.

PrimusNet

iPrimus' own Broadband network, PrimusNet, covers over 250 exchanges nationally across Australia enabling us to deliver fantastic value and performance^. These exchanges are typically located in metropolitan areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. See our full list of PrimusNet exchanges.

Zone 1

Zone 1 provides Broadband Internet services with speeds up to ADSL2+ in 550 exchanges across Australia, covering additional metropolitan areas where PrimusNet is not available.

Zone 2

Zone 2 also offers great Broadband speeds and the same data allowances as Zone 1, and covers an additional 1300 exchanges across Australia giving iPrimus great national coverage. Zone 2 also encompasses exchanges referred to as Zone 3 by other providers.

^ Note, some lines within iPrimus DSLAM areas may be unable to support our DSLAM connections, due to factors outside our control, such as RIM/Pair gain systems.

How are these Zones defined?

Zones are defined based on the industry’s current zoning of Telephone and Broadband exchanges. To check which zone your telephone and broadband services falls into please check your number.
