How do I signup for the Primus Global Roaming service?
To sign-up to the Primus Global Roaming service, you must already have an existing Primus Dial-Up Internet Account, Primus Broadband account or an Primus Wireless account (Excluding Prepaid Products), and meet the following criteria:
Non Credit Card Customer's
- A Primus service usage and payment history of at least three months
- No unresolved billing issues
- No billing issues within the last three months
- No record of fraud or abuse incidents
Credit Card Option Customer's
- A minimum three-month dial up, Broadband or wireless account with Primus
- No previous accounts with billing, fraud or abuse issues

The iPass service will also attract a non-refundable $10.00 (inc GST) set-up fee.
