Primus Co-location offers state of the art facilities, secure space, power and connectivity for any Data Centre application at significant savings to your business.
Co-location is a secure and environmentally controlled server or equipment hosting solution specifically designed to house critical Information Technology (IT) infrastructure. It offers your business a more cost effective alternative to storing IT infrastructure in-house by utilizing Primus's state-of-the-art secure space, superior power availability and high speed connectivity via our national and international networks.
Co-locating your IT infrastructure in Primus Data Centres enables your business to focus on the content and applications for your business, rather than managing Data Centre facilities and network infrastructure.
Primus offers Co-location services within our Data Centre in any one of the following formats:
- High-secured full rack space (40 rack units)
- Secure full rack space (40 rack units)
- Secure ½ rack space (20 rack units)
- Secure ¼ rack space (10 rack units)
NB: Primus measures at the industry standard with one rack unit equating to 1.75 inches or 4.45cm. A full rack contains 40 RU, a ¼ rack contains 10 RU and ½ rack contains 20RU.
