Business Speedster

1. Business Speedster Plans: Business Speedster services cannot be used in conjunction with Mobile Voice services (other than SMS).
   Customers may not use the Primus SIM card provided with the Business Speedster service in any device other than the Speedster (Mobile Broadband) modem supplied by Primus.
   As part of your Business Speedster plan you can obtain up to 5 Primus email addresses.  Each mailbox is 10MB in size and you can send individual emails of up to 2MB per email.
   SMS text messages on all Business Speedster plans are charged at $0.25 and are not included in the monthly Mobile Data allowance.
   Top Ups are not available with Business Speedster plans.
2. Monthly Data Allowance: Includes access to browsing the Internet from your Business Speedster service.  Speedster Data Allowance includes uploads and downloads. 1024KB = 1MB. 1000MB = 1GB.
   Excludes use for Mobile Voice calls, Voicemail, International SMS, Premium and Third Party SMS, Optus Zoo and Third Party content purchases or subscription fees, 1300, 1900, VPN data usage, data used while roaming internationally or anything else not specified as included in the Monthly Data Allowance.  If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at applicable rates.
   Note: Any content downloaded from the Internet or WAP enabled websites, such as ringtones or logos, may incur additional charges from the provider of the content (which will be rebilled to you by Primus and payment of which is your responsibility).
3. Shared Data Allowance Plans: Monthly Data Allowances are aggregated (i.e. can be shared across all Business Speedster users on the same account).  Unused allowances are forfeited each month and cannot be carried forward for use in subsequent months.  If the shared Data Allowance is exceeded in any given month, additional usage will be charged as ‘excess usage’ and is billed per kilobyte.  Note: The shared Data Allowance feature is only available on plans with a 24-month contract term.
4. Capped Excess / Speed Shaped Plans: Monthly Data Allowances not used in a given month are forfeited and cannot be carried forward for use in subsequent months.  If the Data Allowance is exceeded in any given month, additional usage will be charged as ‘excess usage’ and is billed per kilobyte up to 2GB of excess usage (per service).  Once 2GB of excess usage has been reached, the service is speed shaped (throttled) to 128kbps.
5. Modem & Minimum Term Costs:Only customers with an active Primus Business Speedster service may purchase Speedster modems from Primus.  The availability of Speedster modems and plan features on particular plans is at the discretion of Primus. 12 or 24 month contract terms are available.  Early Termination Charges apply.
   Speedster modems and other equipment sold to you by Primus will be subject to the benefit of manufacturers’ warranties and to warranties compulsorily implied by law.
   If a Speedster modem has been purchased on a Handset Payment Plan, it is on the condition that you enter into a contract of a minimum term of 24 months (or other agreed period) and that 24 (or other agreed number) monthly modem payments are made each month.
   If a Speedster modem has been purchased for $0 upfront, or other subsidised amount, it is on the condition that a Business Speedster plan is purchased for a contract term of 24 months (or other agreed minimum contract term).
   The Minimum Total Cost over the minimum contract term, is the Business Speedster plan’s Monthly Minimum Charge multiplied by the number of months in the contract period (e.g. ‘Business Speedster 1GB’ plan on a 24 month contract is $14.95 x 24 = $358.800), plus any agreed upfront modem price or ongoing monthly modem payments over a contracted period, plus the cost of any other optional services you select or use.
   If during the minimum contract term the Business Speedster service is cancelled for non-payment or other default, disconnected upon customer request (if we so agree), we will charge you $55, plus the unpaid balance of the retail cost of the Speedster modem and any other equipment/promotional offer included in the contract terms.
6. Plan Changes: During the minimum contract term, you can change from one Business Speedster plan to another with a higher Monthly Minimum Charge without incurring a plan change fee.  You can later change that back to the original Business Speedster plan without incurring a plan change fee.  During the minimum contract term, you cannot change from one Business Speedster plan to another with a lower Monthly Minimum Charge.  Mobile broadband services with no minimum contract term may move to any other Business Speedster plan provided eligibility on the new plan is satisfied.  If a plan is changed mid billing cycle, charges will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis, with the new Monthly Minimum Charge charged one month in advance.  Note: plan allowances will also be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.  Therefore, if usage (that is eligible for included allowance credits) exceeds the adjusted pro-rata allowance, excess usage charges will apply.
7. Change of Ownership: If you apply to us to transfer your contract to another person, we will normally consent providing that you are not in default and that the transferee is approved by us and that you each sign such documents, as we require.
8. Bonus Offer: Free month(s) access is equal to the selected plan's monthly access fee at time of signup and will be applied as a credit to the customer’s Primus Mobile Broadband account on the 4th bill they receive after the service is activated. In order to receive this credit the customer must pay for the first 3 bills (in full) by the due date. For services on a 24-month contract, the credit will be equal to 2x the monthly access fee of the plan the customer initially connected on. For services on a 12-month contract, the credit will be equal to the monthly access fee of the plan the customer initially connected on. The credit is non-recurring, non transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Offer available for a limited time only.
9. General: Primus Business Speedster is available only to eligible Primus credit approved customers. Primus may, at its discretion, impose a 3 service limit to some customers.
   Primus reserves the right to withdraw or change any Business Speedster plan or associated Promotion at any time. Without limit, we may withdraw it from any user whom we reasonably believe is using it in a manner which we regard as unreasonable or excessive.
   Access to Optus 3G or HSDPA network service is only available with the Speedster (Mobile Broadband) modem supplied by Primus and a Primus 3G/HSDPAUSIM card, when the user is in an Optus 3G or HSDPA coverage area (for coverage area details please contact us). Not available in all areas or to all customers.
   Speeds vary and may be affected by your location and equipment, the source of your download and the level of Internet traffic.
   International Roaming is not available on Business Speedster services.
   All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and may vary on your account as some charges are rounded to the nearest cent before GST is applied.
