The BlackBerry Enterprise Solution (BES) provides a variety of software options which allow BlackBerry® smartphone users within an organisation to access corporate data and the enterprise applications they rely on each day. This business software also enables greater IT control and data security.

- BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express Software – provides advanced BlackBerry smartphone business features with no software or license costs.
- Supports up to 75 BlackBerry users on same server or up to 2000 users on separate server.
- Integrates with the Microsoft® Exchange Server (2003 SP2, 2007 SP2 and 2010) and IBM Lotus Domino.
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server Software – can be run in environments alongside BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express for organisations that only have a sub-set of users that require advanced IT management.
- Supports up to 2000 users.
- Integrates with Microsoft Exchange (enterprise edition), IBM Lotus Domino, Novell Groupwise.

* Includes email traffic and Internet access via the BlackBerry browsers/APNs only.,br /> The BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) from Primus allows users to access the Internet and POP3/IMAP/Outlook Web Access email accounts using push technology which allows real-time access with most email accounts. BIS gives individuals and small businesses quick, easy wireless access to communications and information with no server software or IT support required.

Blackberry
- Month-to-Month BlackBerry bolt-on plans are available to customers who wish to add/cancel BlackBerry plans on end-user services (as required) without incurring ETC costs.
- Monthly Access Fee includes unlimited email usage and Internet browsing using BlackBerry browsers/APNs only. It does not include:
- Usage from using the device as a tethered modem,
- Usage via any browser other than the BlackBerry browsers/APNs (e.g. usage via the Optus Zoo/WAP browser is charged at applicable Mobile Data charges),
- Usage whilst travelling overseas. When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply as additional charges. Some data cards/devices are incompatible with networks in some countries. Please contact Primus for information on applicable charges and a list of countries Primus supports. Any content downloaded from the Internet or WAP enabled websites, such as ringtones or logos, may incur additional charges from the provider of the content (which will be re-billed to you by Primus and payment of which is your responsibility).
- The Monthly Access Fee on a BlackBerry Plan is charged in addition to the monthly access fee for a Mobile Voice service. For example: Maxi Fleet $40 plan + BES $25 plan = $65 per month (inc).
- BlackBerry bolt-on plans cannot be used in conjunction with any other Primus Mobile Voice or Data plan that has an included data allowance (e.g. cannot be provisioned with Business Ultra plans).
- Mobile Voice solutions (including value added services) are offered separately.
- 6.Associated BlackBerry products (e.g. BES software, CALs, or BlackBerry devices) are offered separately. Customers are responsible for all BES installation requirements and associated costs (if required), including the acquisition of server hardware and third party system integrator support.
- BlackBerry devices, software, and licenses can be purchased from Primus at Primus Recommended Retail Prices.
- Primus customers with a bundled month-to-month BlackBerry and 24-month Mobile Voice solution may use applicable Mobile Hardware Funds (if included with the Mobile Voice solution) to off-set the upfront cost of BES software, CALs, or BlackBerry devices purchased from Primus.
- General: BlackBerry services are only available to eligible Primus credit approved customers. Primus may, at its discretion, impose a 3 service limit to some customers.
Primus reserves the right to withdraw or change any BlackBerry Data plan or associated Promotion at any time. Without limit, we may withdraw it from any user whom we reasonably believe is using it in a manner which we regard as unreasonable or excessive.
The BlackBerry service is only available to customers within the Optus 3G/HSDPA or GSM/GPRS coverage area and is subject to network availability. Customers need a 2.5G, 3G or HSDPA network compatible and BlackBerry compatible mobile device which is provisioned with the required settings to activate BlackBerry Data use.
Access to Optus 3G or HSDPA network service is only available with a 3G/HSDPA compatible handset and Primus 3G/HSDPA SIM card, when the user is in an Optus 3G or HSDPA coverage area (coverage maps available here).

Speeds may vary depending on the type of device, location and number of users accessing the network at any given time.
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and may vary on your account as some charges are rounded to the nearest cent before GST is applied.
Primus' Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA) applies. All prices and other terms and conditions are subject to change in accordance with our Standard Form of Agreement.
