- Primus Small Business bundles are available to eligible business customers and are subject to the Standard Form of Agreement (see http://www.iprimus.com.au/PrimusWeb/StandardFormsofAgreement/) and any Service Schedules relevant to the product.
- Customers will receive Primus Business ADSL2+ if it is available at their location, otherwise the fastest available Primus Business ADSL. Primus Business ADSL2+ is available only to eligible bundled Primus customers who are located in the area of an Primus ADSL2+ enabled exchange. Actual speeds vary and may be affected by your location and equipment, the source of your download and the level of internet traffic.
- Your included data is the amount of data you can download in a billing period without incurring excess data charges.
- Included data for fixed line broadband services includes downloads only. Uploads are not charged.
- Included data for Speedster services includes both uploads and downloads.
- Personal web space is not available with this Service.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the good security of the Services though further security recommendations are contained in your application forms.
- Your Business Bundle may be relocated from your nominated address subject to the Service and pricing being available at the new location but there may be additional charges for set up and any additional required. If the Service or product is not available at the new location, your existing Service/s will be cancelled and early termination fees may apply. Relocation may also require a change in the IP addresses.
- It is your responsibility to check the terms of any existing contract you may have with another supplier. If you are transferring a service to Primus, there may be consequences under an existing contract.
- All voice services include standard voice services. Optional features available at additional charge.
- Customer will pay all charges applicable to the Inbound Service and/or the Service Number as are set out in the (from time to time) prevailing rate sheet(s) or tariff sheet(s), or as otherwise agreed in writing (as the case may be), including:
- call charges, establishment, one-off and reoccurring charges, additional feature charges (establishment and reoccurring) and other charges;
- charges for all calls to Customer Service Number, including without limit, calls from outside Australia, misdialed, calls and residual calls intended for a service previously used by another customer; and
- any charges arising where the Customer elects to port away a Service Number from Primus to another supplier. Primus may suspend or reverse the port-away until all charges due and owing to Primus are paid in full.
- Only 1 free Inbound number per parent number will be allowed.
- Offer is only valid when ordered at the same time as another paid voice product (On PCORP0, 1 or 2).
- Offer not valid where the paid voice product is accompanied by a special pricing request.
- You are responsible for installation of the products (Ie; Self install), except where you notify Primus that you wish to have the service professionally installed.
- Except for Fax machines, no modem devices are compatible with this product (Ie; EFTPOS, Back to base alarm systems etc). These types of devices should be placed / remain on PSTN services not listed for porting on this application form.
- Accella Lite phone calls incur data usage. This usage counts towards your Primus ADSL 2+ service data usage.
- Business Bundle 8 and Business Bundle 20 are only offered on Primus DSLAM areas at addresses serviceable by minimum 9d deployment class ULL.
- The rental option for Accella Phone Systems is only available with a 36 monthly term. If you chose not to include Accella as part of your bundle, other minimum terms are available.
- Should you cancel before the agreed minimum term ends, early termination fees will apply. For ADSL 2+, if cancelled within the last 12 months of the Minimum Term an early termination charge of $165 will apply, otherwise the charge is $330. For Accella Lite and Accella HPS early termination is calculated as the Total Months Remaining x Minimum Monthly Recurring Charges (this includes monthly handset rental, feature access, switches/routers and SIP trunks/IP phone lines). For email and web hosting services early termination is calculated as the Total Months Remaining x Minimum Monthly Recurring Charges. If during the minimum contract term the Mobile Broadband (Business Speedster) service is cancelled for non-payment or other default, disconnected upon customer request (if we so agree), we will charge you $55, plus the unpaid balance of the retail cost of the Speedster modem and any other equipment/promotional offer included in the contract terms.
- Minimum total cost over the contract calculated as: (min term) x $(monthly access fee). Calls outside the included call value, additional equipment + P&H (if required) and setup (where applicable) extra.
