Mark has been with Primus since May 2000, and is responsible for providing leadership in the development and implementation of Human Resource Strategies, which provide Primus with a major means of competitive advantage.
Mark has over 20 years experience in human resources gained predominantly in a manufacturing environment whilst employed with the Ford Motor Company and with ICI. This includes over ten years of generalist human resource management experience which, at Orica (formerly ICI), culminated in the position of HR Manager - Asia Pacific with human resource responsibility for a division with operations in Melbourne, New Zealand, China and Indonesia.
Mark has a Bachelor's Degree in HRM and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
