Primus partners with external Registered Training Organisations to deliver Nationally Recognised qualifications through various traineeship programs suited to Business requirements. These include Certificate III & IV in Customer Contact through to specialist skill set courses.
The Learning and Development Department adopts a blended learning approach to training requirements which incorporates classroom facilitation, online eLearning modules, mentoring and one-on-one coaching.
