It's simple to participate

In the course of your regular business dealings you may identify a specific business requirement for a new or improved internet, phone or data centre service. When you do, simply tell your client about Primus and if they agree to hear from us, register your referral via email, webform or by calling us direct.

We may then telephone your client to discuss their business requirements and will meet with them to design a solution to best suit their needs and budget. If your client then becomes a new customer of Primus, you might be rewarded based on the customer's eligible spend*.

Get paid for your referrals

We pay you a percentage of all monthly service revenue we earn from new clients you have referred to us once your clients' eligible spend achieves the relevant threshold*. That could be an ongoing payment every month for as long as your client continues with the same service we provide to them as a result of your referral*. In the case of Accella (IP telephone) hardware, we'll pay you an upfront bonus if your client pays for their hardware upfront.

*You must be a party of the Corporate Affiliate Program Agreement (“Affiliate Agreement”). Reward is in the form of a commission based on eligible spend (being ‘Monthly Tolling Revenue’ within the meaning of the Agreement). Not all customer spend is eligible. Minimum thresholds and eligibility criteria apply. Threshold is eligible revenue of $3,000 (excl. GST) per month. Commander and Primus are treated severally (and not jointly) for the purpose of determining eligibility for and payment of commissions. A service provider (i.e. Commander or Primus) is not required to pay commission in respect of a month if the threshold eligible revenue in respect of that service provider is not achieved. Commissions cease on termination or expiry of the Corporate Affiliate Partner Agreement. Refer to the Affiliate Agreement for full details.
