Priority Assistance

We don’t support Priority Assistance for new customers or customers who don’t already have Priority Assistance active on their fixed line service.

If you’re already registered for Priority Assistance with us, it’s valid for three years. After three years, you’ll have to reapply to the Priority Assistance service. If you’re on Priority Assistance and your circumstances change, let us know as your eligibility may be affected.
