What is Lingo?
Lingo uses the VoIP Protocol to make calls over the internet.
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is a technology that uses an internet connection to make phone calls to land lines and mobile phones.
Primus has two types of VoIP services
- Fibre VoIP
o Through an NTD/ONT
- Hardware VoIP
o Linksys SPA3102
All devices are automatically configured for your convenience.

Need help with your Lingo service?
If you are using our Hardware VoIP (AudioCodes / Linksys SPA3102) that has been provided by iPrimus, and your service is not working, try turning the device off for 10 seconds and connecting it back up again.
This should check the automatic configuration settings and confirm the VoIP Registration.
