Priority Assistance

iPrimus does not support Priority Assistance for new customers or customers who do not already have Priority Assistance active on their fixed line service.

For customers already registered for Priority Assistance with iPrimus: Priority Assistance is valid for three years after which you will be required to reapply for the Priority Assistance service to continue. Customers on Priority Assistance whose circumstances change that may affect their eligibility must notify iPrimus.
