Billing and Accounts
Customers may pay accounts by any of the methods specified on the invoice, but Primus encourages customers to pay by direct debit from a bank account or other financial institution account or by direct debit from a credit card (Direct Debit).
A fee of $2.95 (icluding GST) will be charged on an account which is not paid by Direct Debit.
It is a condition of some plans that accounts are paid by Direct Debit. To register for direct debit See below
Direct Debit from a Saving or Cheque Account
The most convenient payment method is automatic payment via savings or cheque accounts. This process will direct debit the charges from your savings or cheque account on the due date.
Direct Debit from a Credit Card
Another payment method is automatic payment via credit card*. This process will direct debit your due charges to your credit card on the due date. You will continue to receive a paper copy of your bill prior to the direct debit transaction. If you elect to pay your bill via credit card, a surcharge of 1.25% applies.

Pay by phone
Simply call 1300 85 66 52 to pay your bill by credit card*, anytime and from anywhere in Australia. If you elect to pay your bill via credit card, a surcharge of 1.25% applies.
You can use this convenient method any time you like, anyday, 24 hours a day. It is quick and efficient. All you need is your credit card and your bill.
Pay by BPAY®
For paying by BPAY®, you need to have an arrangement with your bank or other participating financial institution to use this facility#. Payment can be by phone or by Internet depending on your arrangements with your financial institution. If you do not have this facility, please contact your financial institution. Use the Biller Code and Customer Number provided on your bill
You can now pay your Primus bill 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the convenience of your home, workplace or any other location with Internet access through Australia Post's on-line Postbillpay service at www.postbillpay.com.au.
For just the cost of a local call, you can pay your Primus bill using Postbillpay by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the convenience of your home, workplace or even from a mobile phone (mobile phonecalls charged at mobile phone rates). Postbillpay by phone is convenient and can save you time. Simply call 13 18 16 from anywhere in Australia at anytime, to pay your Primus bill.
You can also pay your Primus bill at any postal outlet in Australia by presenting your bill. There are over 3800 outlets throughout Australia where you can pay in person. Payment can be in cash, cheque or EFTPOS.
Pay by Mail
By using the return slip part of your bill you can mail payment by cheque or money order to Primus as indicated on your bill.Billing Formats / Options
Your bill is available in an electronic format which will be sent to your email address and for broadband customers it will also be stored in your online toolbox.
If you wish to receive a paper bill you will be charged a paper bill fee of $2.50. The paper bill fee can be cancelled at any time by receiving Bills via email. Simply visit: http://emailmybill.iprimus.com.au and complete the process.Billing Period
Bills are normally issued monthly unless you agree otherwise.
* Credit cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Diners card. A limit of $10,000 per payment applies.
** When your credit card expires, your details may need to be updated.

Primus may charge a fee of $15.00 (including GST) on overdue accounts.
