Important information about your NBN Voice service
The NBN voice service that is provided with your iPrimus NBN account is internet telephony. Service availability and quality may differ from a standard telephone and the service does not support some complex features. You need a power supply and handset and it is your responsibility to maintain a back-up battery facility. Back-to-base and medical alarms may not work. The service may not be appropriate if you or another resident have a disability, serious illness or other life threatening condition which requires an uninterrupted phone line with access to 000 emergency services.
