Priority Assistance
Priority Assistance is designed to help residential customers who have (or who have someone living at their home who has) a diagnosed life-threatening medical condition and whose life may be at risk without access to an operational phone service.
You must be registered with us to qualify for Priority Assistance. You may be eligible to register for Priority Assistance where a medical practitioner has certified that either you, or a member of your household, meet eligibility criteria.
If as a registered Priority Assistance customer, you have a fault on your nominated line, and you do not have another working standard telephone service (supplied by Primus or another provider), or if you need to connect your first standard telephone service, it will be attended to with the highest level of service practicability at the time.
Priority Assistance does not apply to mobile phones or internet connections.
