The iPass Connect software provides an easy way of getting access to the internet while you travel. Once you have subscribed to the service, click on the link below and select your operating system from the list to download the iPass connect software.

How to use the iPass service

Follow these simple steps to get start with the iPass Global Roaming service:

1. Subscribe to the iPass Global Roaming service with iPrimus by contacting our sales team on 131 789.
2. Download and install the iPass Connect software.
3. Try and use a local access point before you travel to ensure the service is working properly.
4. Take note of the Global Roaming rates to the countries and locations you are travelling to.

Before you travel overseas, it's always a good idea to test the iPass Connect software. It's also handy to know that some countries use different power and phone plugs and connections to Australia, so be sure to do some research on any additional equipment you may need to purchase before you travel.
