Primus Business customers are provided with a single bill for most services so that billing is simple and convenient. Several bill formats are available.

Bill payment options include:

• Cheque via mail
• POSTBILLPAY by Australia Post
• BPAY online via your bank account
• By phone – please call 1300 85 66 53 – maximum payment by credit card is $10,000.
• Direct Debit from a credit card or savings or cheque account

Business customers may also qualify for Primus E-Bill.

Primus E-Bill

E-Bill is a software application that provides Primus customers with an electronic bill analysis solution with a global overview or summary of all costs across all cost centres and users.

E-Bill is a highly flexible reporting solution that can analyse a particular department, division or cost centre, by user and group, completely independent of departmental structure.

E-bill can integrate Primus’ fixed-line, Data, Internet and mobility billing into one uniform cost centre management application.

All data can be exported into a variety of formats including common spreadsheet, database and text formats.
