Call delivery is handled by a soft-switch and utilises Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunks or “virtual lines”.

For example, your customers only need to ring one number and that call then rings simultaneously on any of your nominated phones such as your desk phone, mobile phone and home phone or a group of phones such as your sales team. You can answer any to take the call, allowing you flexibility and the freedom to decide where you’ll be and avoid missing calls.
With ‘voicemail to email’ also available you can receive voicemail messages via email on your smart phone or webmail without having to wait until you get back into the office.

When delivered via your PIPN service, Accella PRI services are delivered as an add on service which means you can keep adding services up to the amount of available bandwidth you have. Quality of service is ensured by giving maximum priority to your calls.
Disaster recovery is simplified with Accella PRI. In the unfortunate event that your phone service is disrupted, calls are immediately forwarded to alternative lines including fixed and/or mobile services.
