Business Speedster

1. Business Speedster Plans: Business Speedster services cannot be used in conjunction with Mobile Voice services (other than SMS).
   Customers may not use the Primus SIM card provided with the Business Speedster service in any device other than the Speedster (Mobile Broadband) modem supplied by Primus.
   As part of your Business Speedster plan you can obtain up to 5 Primus email addresses. Each mailbox is 10MB in size and you can send individual emails of up to 2MB per email.
   SMS text messages on all Business Speedster plans are charged at $0.25 and are not included in the Mobile Data allowance.
2. Speedster Data Allowance: Includes access to browsing the Internet from your Business Speedster service. Speedster Data Allowance includes uploads and downloads. 1024KB = 1MB. 1000MB = 1GB.
   Excludes use for Mobile Voice calls, Voicemail, International SMS, Premium and Third Party SMS, Optus Zoo and Third Party content purchases or subscription fees, 1300, 1900, VPN data usage, data used while roaming internationally or anything else not specified as included in the Speedster Data Allowance. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates.
   Any unused portion of the plan’s Data Allowance expires at the end of each month and is not refundable or transferable into subsequent months.
   Use in excess of the included monthly Data Allowance is charged at the rate of $0.10 per MB or part thereof.
   Note: Any content downloaded from the Internet or WAP enabled websites, such as ringtones or logos, may incur additional charges from the provider of the content (which will be rebilled to you by Primus and payment of which is your responsibility).
3. Modem & Minimum Term Costs: Only customers with an active Primus Business Speedster service may purchase Speedster modems from Primus. The availability of Speedster modems on particular plans is at the discretion of Primus.
   If a Speedster modem has been purchased on a Handset Payment Plan, it is on the condition that you enter into a contract of a minimum term of 24 months (or other agreed period) and that 24 (or other agreed number) monthly modem payments are made each month.
   If a Speedster modem has been purchased for $0 upfront, or other subsidised amount, it is on the condition that a Business Speedster plan is purchased for a contract term of 24 months (or other agreed minimum contract term).
   The Minimum Total Cost over the minimum contract term, is the Business Speedster plan’s Monthly Minimum Spend multiplied by the number of months in the contract period e.g. ‘Business Speedster 1GB’ plan on a 24 month contract is $29.95 x 24 = $718.80, plus any agreed upfront modem price or ongoing monthly modem payments over a contracted period, plus the cost of any other optional services you select or use.
   If during the minimum contract term the Business Speedster service is cancelled for non-payment or other default, disconnected upon customer request (if we so agree), we will charge you $55, plus the unpaid balance of the retail cost of the Speedster modem and any other equipment included in the offer.
   Speedster modems and other equipment sold to you by Primus will be subject to the benefit of manufacturers’ warranties and to warranties compulsorily implied by law.
4. Plan Changes: During the minimum contract term, you can change from one Business Speedster plan to another Business Speedster plan without incurring a plan change fee.
   If a plan is changed mid billing cycle, charges will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis, with the new Monthly Minimum Spend charged one month in advance.
5. Change of Ownership: If you apply to us to transfer your contract to another person, we will normally consent providing that you are not in default and that the transferee is approved by us and that you each sign such documents, as we require.
6. Direct Debit: A $2.50 administration fee applies to accounts not paid by direct debit. Internet customers paying by direct debit will receive bills online through their Primus Account Toolbox. Internet customers paying by direct debit who request a paper bill by post will be charged $2.50 per bill.
7. General: Primus Business Speedster is available only to eligible Primus credit approved customers. Primus may, at its discretion, impose a 3 service limit to some customers.
   Primus reserves the right to withdraw or change any Business Speedster plan or associated Promotion at any time. Without limit, we may withdraw it from any user whom we reasonably believe is using it in a manner which we regard as unreasonable or excessive.
   Access to Optus 3G or HSDPA network service is only available with the Speedster (Mobile Broadband) modem supplied by Primus and a Primus 3G/HSDPA SIM card, when the user is in an Optus 3G or HSDPA coverage area (for coverage area details please contact us). Not available in all areas or to all customers.
   Speeds vary and may be affected by your location and equipment, the source of your download and the level of Internet traffic.
   All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and may vary on your account as some charges are rounded to the nearest cent before GST is applied.
