1. BlackBerry Internet 1MB Plan: This plan supports use of the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS). To operate the BlackBerry Internet Service from Primus, customers are required to connect to a Primus BlackBerry Internet Service rate plan and use a GPRS and BlackBerry capable device. A BlackBerry capable device is a Research In Motion Limited (RIM) manufactured mobile phone equipped with modules of BlackBerry Software.
2. BlackBerry Data Allowance: Includes email traffic and Internet browsing via the BlackBerry infrastructure (including BlackBerry Browser and/or BlackBerry Internet Browser).
   Excludes use for Voice calls, Voicemail, International SMS, Premium and Third Party SMS, Optus Zoo and Third Party services, content purchases and subscription fees, 1300, 1900, VPN data usage, data via a WAP browser and data used while roaming internationally which are charged at the applicable rate and anything else not specified in the included Data Allowance.
   Any unused portion of the plan’s Data Allowance expires at the end of each month and is not refundable or transferable into subsequent months.
   Use in excess of the included BlackBerry Data Allowance will be charged at $0.0055 per KB.
   Note: Any content downloaded from the Internet or WAP enabled websites, such as ringtones or logos, may incur additional charges from the provider of the content (which will be rebilled to you by Primus and payment of which is your responsibility).
   BlackBerry Data usage is counted in kilobytes and includes uploads and downloads. 1024KB = 1MB. 1000MB = 1GB.
3. Direct Debit: A $2.50 administration fee applies to accounts not paid by direct debit.
4. General: BlackBerry services are only available to eligible Primus credit approved customers. Primus may, at its discretion, impose a 3 service limit to some customers.
   Primus reserves the right to withdraw or change any BlackBerry Data plan or associated Promotion at any time. Without limit, we may withdraw it from any user whom we reasonably believe is using it in a manner which we regard as unreasonable or excessive.
   The BlackBerry service is only available to customers within the Optus 3G/HSDPA or GSM/GPRS coverage area and is subject to network availability. Customers need a 2.5G, 3G or HSDPA network compatible and BlackBerry compatible mobile device which is provisioned with the required settings to activate BlackBerry Data use.
   Access to Optus 3G or HSDPA network service is only available with a 3G/HSDPA compatible handset and Primus 3G/HSDPA SIM card, when the user is in an Optus 3G or HSDPA coverage area (coverage maps available here).
   Speeds may vary depending on the type of device, location and number of users accessing the network at any given time.
   All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and may vary on your account as some charges are rounded to the nearest cent before GST is applied.
   Primus' Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA) applies. All prices and other terms and conditions are subject to change in accordance with our Standard Form of Agreement.
