Through this number, you can:

• Call to register faults, request restoration of service, and any other assistance required;
• Request free diversion of current numbers to an alternate fixed or mobile number of your choice;
• Check if you are eligible to apply over the phone for a waiver of phone charges during the affected period;

Every iPrimus call centre is located in Australia. We take great pride in the effectiveness of our call centres and the great service we provide to our customers. When you have a question about your account, your call will be answered here in Australia. Our call centres will also be open on Australia day (please note these are AEDT times and all changes to standard operating times are highlighted in blue)...

• Customer Service (Billing & General): 9.00am – 5.00pm
• Provisioning (Moves & new connections): 9.00am – 5.00pm
• Tech Support (All areas): 24 hours
• Sales: 9.00am – 7.00pm

iPrimus customers can watch ABC online without paying for it! It's called ABC iView, and it's unmetered, which means the data required to watch TV on your iPrimus connection doesn't count against your monthly download limit. Whether it's ABC for kids, Spicks and Specks, The Gruen Transfer or the 7:30 Report you can catch up on all of your favorite ABC shows without using your data.

iPrimus also provides extensive Broadband coverage throughout Australia, which means we have Customers in some unlikely places. From Caringbah to Currimundi and Jacana to Joondalup we will continue to keep Australians connected across the Nation.
