Customers are reporting more and more scam emails everyday.

They're called 'phishing emails' and they are designed to trick you into giving your personal or
financial details.

Luckily, phishing emails are relatively easy to avoid if you know how to spot them:

  • Don't respond to e-mail's requesting personal information such as your Internet username, password, date of birth or account number
  • Remember legitimate Internet service providers or banks etc will never ask you for your account details or passwords by e-mail
  • Don't click on a link in an email, always type the website address in your browser

We take a lot of care to ensure our customers get the very best customer service available. That's why we're making sure everyone is aware of any safety and security risks associated with our service.

Our contact centre staff have been working long hours to ensure your wait times are minimal. Our Support and Faults queues are higher this month due a spate of natural disasters that occurred across the country.
