Paid Parental Leave
Maternity Leave
Primus employees with more than 12 months continuous service are eligible for 6 weeks paid maternity leave. Primus offers one week of paid maternity leave for employees who have in excess of 5 years continuous service (7 weeks in total).
Paternity Leave/Supporting Partner Leave
Primus Telecom provides one week paid paternity/supporting partner leave to employees who have 12 months continuous service at the time of confinement of their partner.
17.5% Annual Leave Loading
Permanent employees of Primus receive annual leave loading of 17.5%.
