Just want to say that I remain a very happy iPrimus customer. I'm delighted that you intend to keep the call centres onshore. I've had great help from the customer service team and tech support team in the past -- it's the most important reason for staying with iPrimus. I'm sure that I speak for many, many customers.
Just a quick note to let you know that I have noticed an impressive change in your customer service and aprreciate the change.
I have been consulting with your sales team since your email to me. They gave me very good service, and proposed a plan that is well suited to my needs (was not advertised on your web site). Consequently, I have recontracted with iPrimus for a 24 month period. I very nearly switched to another ISP. Perhaps you should put my new plan on your web site - it is in line with your competitor's advertised plans. Congratulations to you and your team for your product and your service.
This, unusually, is a letter of thanks. On a daily basis, I deal with Telco’s. Much of this is really hard work. In the case of iPrimus, however, I can only congratulate you and your teams on a really great effort. I was with another ISP until recently and became sick of the grief that I went through for any transaction. To say that my wife and I endured pain, each and every time we wanted to make an enquiry is an understatement! In the case of iPrimus, I can only say that from the day I first made contact, the result has been quite pleasurable. There have been one or two ticklish moments, but in the main I find that dealing with iPrimus is a pleasure. I have received courteous assistance and prompt attention. Deliverables have been met and service is great. Please keep up the good work – I am happy to recommend you as a service provider that shows an interest in its customer base.
I would like to share with everyone my experience with iPrimus. I have been a customer of iPrimus for many years now and over that period of time I have had to deal with technical support and customer service on a few occasions sometimes to do with some quite complex issues. On every single occasion I can honestly say that the people I have dealt with have gone to great lengths to solve any issues I have had. I am constantly recommending iPrimus to my friends and customers [I work in the computer industry]. I am very pleased to see that you are monitoring your call wait time statistics. The long waits from other phone companies, banks, etc are incredibly frustrating and often enough to send one to an opposition company.Keep up the good work.

I thought it is worth-while letting you know that your service cannot be beaten, not only have you "understandable" speaking operators not only have you a NIL waiting period for someone to talk to not only have you experienced operators with a kind smile that you hear over the phone and are "happy" to help…

My home line as well as my internet is served by iPrimus. After previously having other ISP’s I have found that iPrimus very reliable and economical. We have a home network - iPrimus has been terrific.

I would like to thank iPrimus for all the assistance I received, when I changed from …[another service provider], and had problems with my line, where …[another service provider], just wiped me off, iPrimus staff were so helpful, and reassuring, although it took two weeks for me to go from dial up to broadband, and had to have some line corrections, I am now thrilled at the hassle free times I am having on broadband, no more getting cut off, although I only use it for playing Lexulous with family who are in the country, it really has made computering more fun, and may lead to me exploring the net one of these days, when I get in a daring mood, I am a senior citizen, and the computer as given me many hours of filling in my time since being widowed, Many thanks iPrimus team, keep up the kind, courteous, work.
